1. If charging dock is no charging controller,Please make sure the battery “-“”+” is positioned correctly in the controller. There are metal contacts on the battery (in silver) that have to face upwards for charging.

2.To charge the headset and controllers at the same time, use the included 5V3A adapter.(It is not recommended to use the USB-C adapter to directly plug into the headset to charge.)
